Jeff lost his job after having worked 24 years for the same employer. Jeff decided he needed to work rather than take advantage of going to school with all expenses paid by Trade Adjustment Assistance. He gained employment at Eaton Corp. only four months after losing his job. Jeff was employed at Eaton’s for 14 months and laid off again. Not giving up on the type of work he has known and done nearly all his life, Jeff was determined to find employment in the manufacturing field again. And he did - Jeff was off only three months this time and gained employment at Mahle in Atlantic, IA. Mahle gives a rigid math test that most people do not pass the first time. Jeff took advantage studying the tutorial provided by the company before taking the test. His time and efforts paid off, Jeff scored a 100%! His time, effort, determination and persistence have always worked in Jeff’s favor.
