SPIRIT LAKE - The Lakes Area Employers’ Council (ECI) will be meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. at Elinor Bedell State Park, 1619 260th Ave., Spirit Lake, Iowa 51360. All employers, human resource personnel, accounting, payroll, and other staff members are invited to attend. Featured speaker will be Kevin Robinson of Common Cents Coaching. Tim Kinnetz, C.E.O. of GrapeTree Medical Staffing, is sponsoring the lunch and drawing for the free DVD player and miscellaneous gratuities. Topics to be covered: “Understanding And Motivating The Different Generations Of Workers In Your Business.” This course has been approved for one free hour of H.R.C.I. credit.
