CEDAR RAPIDS – Iowa veterans will have an excellent opportunity to visit with representatives from various service organizations and learn about VA benefits. Veterans will have access to representatives from various agencies available to have questions answered regarding benefits.
Visit the Cedar Rapids Iowa Workforce Development Center on Thursday, February 2nd, from 9:00 – 3:00PM at 800 Seventh Street S.E. The following organizations will be represented: VA Medical Center, Linn County Veterans Affairs, Cedar Rapids Vets Center, VA Vocational Rehabilitation, State Vocational Rehabilitation, Veterans of Foreign Wars, VA Home Loans, Vietnam Veterans of America, American Legion, VAMC, Homeless Veterans Representative, Kirkwood Community College Veterans Affairs Representative, Disabled American Veterans, and Tony Smithhart for Re-employment Rights.
