“Navigating Change In The Workplace” Seminar Being Offered In Dubuque
Dubuque - Are you dealing with a changing workforce or transition in the workplace? Then the Navigating Change in the Workplace seminar is ideal for you. This workshop is being held on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. at the NICC Town Clock Center for Professional Development in Dubuque, IA at 600 Main St.
Presenter Gordon Graham will share his insights about “One Team: Working Together on the Job.” This is a program that will help co-workers recognize each other’s skills, expertise and value, by working together to reach common or agreed upon objectives and goals, and holding each other mutually accountable for success. Six sessions being offered are: Setting Your Compass, Taking The Helm, The Art of Motivation, Negotiating Rough Waters, Charting Your Course, and The Balance Wheel.
This course is ideal for: Employers, human resource directors, supervisors, committee members (quality, productivity, safety, employee involvement), training and development specialists, union officials, or anyone who works on a team or committee wanting to improve their success while working with others.
