Community Invited to Social Security Work Incentive Program Workshop
Decorah, IA – A workshop will be held on Thursday, June 11th to present information regarding the Social Security Work Incentives Program and the Home and Community based Waiver services program.
Held at the Decorah City Council Chambers, located at 400 Claiborne Dr., from 1–4:30 p.m., this workshop is an informative presentation aimed at sharing information about how an individual’s Social Security Disability Insurance or SSI benefits will be affected by working. This workshop will also help individuals who are receiving services through Iowa Waiver Programs. Admission is free and open to the public.

1:00-1:30 - Sign-in and Introductions
1:30-2:30 - Social Security Work Incentives, Employment Service and Providers Panel
2:30-3:00 - Refreshments
3:00-4:30 - Home and Community Based Services, Evaluation and individual sessions with presenters and providers
