A seminar titled, “Coaching with Backbone not Bite: Seven Strategies for Building a High Performance Team” will be presented by Susan B. Wilson. The Seminar will be interactive and entertaining, with clear and specific information for practical applications. The seminar is sponsored by the Tri-State Human Resource Association (TRIHRA) along with the support of the Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC), Iowa Workforce Development (IWD), East Dubuque Savings Bank, Sedona Staffing Services, Dupaco Community Credit Union, and the Employers’ Council of Iowa (ECI). Those encouraged to attend include human resource managers, operations managers, supervisors, business owners and anyone who provides work direction on a regular basis.
The seminar will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2005 from 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the NICC Town Clock Center, 680 Main Street, Dubuque, IA in Room 106.
