The Iowa Wage Report is a product of Iowa Workforce Development that has been developed using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) program. The wage estimates are updated annually using the Employment Cost Index to make the wages more current. The Iowa Wage Report will usually have the most current wage data. Wage and employment data are available for the State, four Balance of the State (BOS) areas, nine IWD Local Workforce Development Areas (LWDAs) and nine Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) across the State.
The Iowa Wage Report is not time series data and is not comparable year to year.
