SIDES Information for Employers

The State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) is a secure and timely way for employers and third party administrators (TPAs) to electronically receive and respond to the Notice of Claim.

The Notice of Claim is sent when claimants file a new Unemployment Insurance (UI) claim, or when an existing UI claim is reopened. The Notice of Claim relies on employers to provide timely information to help determine if benefits will be paid, which can affect an employer's tax rate and quarterly charges.
