Workforce Development Salute to Veterans

COUNCIL BLUFFS - In conjunction with Veterans Day, the Council Bluffs Workforce Development Center will be hosting a Salute to Veterans. The public – along with all area veterans - are encouraged to join us for a brief presentation at 10:00 AM by James Avrams, who did a tour in Afghanistan. Captain Avrams will be sharing his experiences, along with thoughts about what it means to serve his country. The open house will be held on November 7, 2007, from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM. Snacks and refreshments will be served. The Council Bluffs Workforce Development Center is located in the Omni Center, 300 W. Broadway, Suite 13.
