Unemployment Help Request Form: You can submit an Unemployment Help Request Form for the fastest assistance. A customer service representative will contact you either by phone or from the uiclaimshelp@iwd.iowa.gov email address. 

Telephone:  Dial 1-866-239-0843.  Customers now have the option to receive an automated call back instead of waiting on hold.   If you elect to receive a call back, please be sure to watch your phone and accept our call from the number 1-866-239-0843.  We can only call once and if you do not answer, we will move on to another customer.
