Local School Plans outline the responsibilities of the Local Education Agency (LEA), Area Education Agency (AEA), Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services, Iowa Department for the Blind (IDB), and other partners involved in providing Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and other transition services within the district.
